Directions to Studio: Traveling from North or South on I-295 take Exit 28 and follow Pleasant St. to the end. When you get to Maine Street turn Left. The studio is 4 blocks down on the left. Same block as BayView Gallery and Great Impasta. MidCoast Pilates is upstairs over F.W. Horch. Parking in the rear in specially marked spaces, or on the street. There is also a small parking lot next to Great Impasta. This is a public parking lot where you are welcome to park.
