Directions to Studio: Traveling from North or South on I-295 take Exit 28 and follow Pleasant St. to the end. When you get to Maine Street turn Left. The studio is 4 blocks down on the left. Same block as BayView Gallery and Great Impasta. MidCoast Pilates is upstairs over Shift ( the old F.W. Horch store). Parking in the rear in specially marked spaces, or on the street. There is also a small parking lot next to Great Impasta. This is a public parking lot where you are welcome to park.
