"I was prompted by my wife to take a Pilates class after it became apparent the classes were making my wife look like she did decades ago when we married: shapely, firm, thinner, and also years younger! After four weeks of Pilates classes with Maurine I started to receive many compliments about my weight loss, toned muscles and proper posture which were unsolicited, so I knew the responses were genuine. Even acquaintances commented on my sudden weight loss and toned body.
